Studio APM took home Silver in the 2025 ICE Awards in the category of Design, Spacial/Environment.

This past year has been weird. For 20 years I’ve felt like an industry outsider - but stayed in it out of spite by creating projects (Art Pays Me) independently because I know I have valuable perspectives to share.

I (kinda) gave up on seeking validation from it - then an amazing opportunity to merge my passion for design, basketball and social justice came along that I felt was worth acknowledging. When I found out I was going to win something, I experienced a complicated wave of emotions from joy to frustration and everything in between. For now I’ll focus on gratitude.
