New Product – Fear of a Black Scotia Tee

 

This design is a collaboration between Art Pays Me and Field Schleep. The wording was inspired by a poem by Reed Jones and is an alternative take on Public Enemy's Fear of a Black Planet. It's widely known that, negative racial stereotypes directed at black people are based on ignorance and fear. Having been called, scary by friends in university when I did nothing to earn that description opened my eyes to the fact that these stereotypes still persist. As Nova Scotia becomes more diverse
